Any building project, regardless of its size and structure can be daunting but we try and make the process not only as simple as possible but also enjoyable!

As soon as we are contacted about a potential project, we conduct thorough research before arranging a call or site visit in order to ensure that our advice is routed in both planning and technical expertise. We then arrange a free consultation where we run through possibilities for design, strategic planning and most importantly, to learn more about you!

Upon appointment, a survey will be carried out to ensure we have accurate drawings to work from and once this is complete, the design process begins. By this stage, we will have gained a good understanding of your needs and will have shared ideas which feed into a feasibility design. Once this is complete, we then move onto the planning stage. 

Our innovative designs are produced to the highest technical standards ensuring that you not only achieve planning for a beautiful design, but also something that is functional and can be realised. We pride ourselves on our planning expertise and relationships with local planning authorities which lead to a number of successful applications.

Once planning is approved, we jump into the nitty gritty and refine the planning scheme into a compliant design (with your input of course!). We then develop a construction package ready for tendering alongside a pricing document which is sent to a number of contractors. We have companies we regularly work with, but are always happy to meet new people of you have someone specific in mind. The final stage is to build and this is one of our favourite times. Nothing is more precious than seeing the design come to life and we are here to help you make all these crucial decisions along the way.
