The scheme at this beautiful property on Wildernesse Avenue involved a single storey side extension, with the inclusion of a gym, steam room, WC, changing facilities and a wine room.
This extension connected to the traditional arts & crafts house via a modern full glazed link. The existing property had internal works and renovations, with the provision of 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, access via a new staircase and a double storey bay window to overlook the front garden and increase the flow of natural light throughout the house.
The use of natural materials and a green roof on the extension minimised the visual impact from the private street and neighbouring properties, providing a hierarchy between the existing building and the new extension.
In order to ensure this property had the high end finish it deserved, Interior Designers and luxury furniture suppliers were involved throughout the design. The build took 30 weeks to complete.
