This Commercial venture sought to regenerate the existing run down Peacock Gym site and the adjacent site of Concord House to provide a new large mixed use scheme that balances maximising land value in density with providing successful architectural design.

The scheme responds to the proposals for the adjacent Caxton Works and provides residential accommodation with private and communal amenity whilst providing new replacement units to accommodate the existing commercial businesses such as Caxton Studio and Concord House.

In addition, there is a state of the art replacement facility for the prestigious and renowned, world famous Peacock Boxing Gym.
