Higher Drive

Higher Drive is a contemporary development of nine residential flats in Purley, just outside of Croydon. The building includes a mix of one and two bed apartments with a stunning three bedroom penthouse apartment.

The site was particularly challenging as it is on a junction of a main road with a railway running parallel. With careful consideration, we designed the apartments to have their own balconies, which were inset to create a pleasant vista and to encourage a sense of community. In addition, the building included brick details and cedar clad panelled windows to give a modern, contemporary feel.

We are thrilled that the scheme was highly commended by the planning committee for being innovative and considered. We are also glad to report that the project is now complete and ready for the owners to move in!
