A GRADE II LISTED BUILDING CONVERTED INTO RESIDENTIAL APARTMENTS
We have recently received planning approval from Sevenoaks District Council to convert The White House, a Georgian fronted property in the village of Brasted, into residential apartments. The property itself is a Grade II Listed Building and is situated within a conservation area and the Kent Downs AONB. The purpose of our scheme was to develop the site as a whole, maintaining a positive contribution to the character of the village.
On the ground floor there will be two new one bed apartments and on the first and second floors, there will be larger two bedroom flats. As part of the development, there will also be parking, a new plot for a self-build house and we will ne improving the local biodiversity by planting new trees and shrubs within the communal garden area.
