Planning approval has been granted by Sevenoaks District Council for transforming an existing dwelling in Underriver with a two storey side extension, single storey rear extension and loft conversion.

The proposal introduces a glazed staircase and new dormer windows to the roof as well as a glazed link to an outbuilding which includes a new gym and bar.
