We recently received planning approval for a proposed extension and change of use from office to residential at a site close to Tunbridge Wells town centre. Due to the site location in the conservation area, the design was developed in response to heritage features of the site, including distinctive Tudor detailing, alongside a new contemporary entrance feature clad in zinc. The scheme will revitalise a dated property and serves to offer a unique and well-functioning family home at a prominent location.
