WEALDEN BOROUGH COUNCIL APPROVAL
We’ve had planning approval through from Wealden Borough Council for this residential dwelling within an AONB on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells. The proposal was to build a new garage attached to the house including a new boot room, storage area and shower room for direct access from the pool.
The landscape will be overhauled to include an enlarged driveway with gated access. There will also be internal alterations to include a new family bathroom, utility room redesign, cloakroom and the stairs being flipped for ease of access. Façade upgrades are planned including solar panels, new slate tiles and white painted brickwork.
