Tunbridge Wells Borough Council have recently approved planning for a former bungalow with outbuildings to be replaced with a modern brick and black timber clad farmhouse. The outbuildings on the land were once used as a kennel and boarding area. The two storey replacement dwelling with garage is in the High Weald Area of Natural Outstanding Beauty and benefits from far reaching views.

The farmhouse will have five bedrooms including a bijou bedroom above the garage. The project is designed to include an open plan kitchen/living/dining area with separate playroom and sitting room to ensure the ground floor is a wonderful family space. The first floor will be a light and airy space with vaulted ceilings and large windows with Juliet balconies.
