Ian & Paul participated in the Tunbridge Wells Sprint Triathlon on Sunday 24th August.

Ian’s results were as follows:

Swim: 0:06:57.60

T1: 0:04:20.75

Bike: 0:52:44.30

T2: 0:01:04.15

Run: 0:28:16.60

Finish time: 1:33:23.40

Ian will be in yet another triathlon end of September, in the Haver Castle Olympic Distance Triathlon.
