Sevenoaks District Council recently granted planning permission for a single storey dwelling in the Greenbelt and AONB.

The orientation of the proposed accommodation takes advantage of the wide site and captures optimum daylight and viewing angles for the key family living spaces.

The building has been designed as a single storey dwelling with the basement divided into two wings with a central glazed entrance hall which leads to an outdoor terrace. Each elevation provides clear views of the site and is positioned to allow a sense of privacy whilst being situated in the middle of nature. The overall design uses local materials and cleverly meets the needs of a growing family.
