Congratulations to Glyn, Neil and Ian on completing The SWA Extreme 5k Challenge assault course & adventure race, set amongst 300 acres in the beautiful grounds of Rumshott Manor, Underriver in Sevenoaks. A very tough obstacle course, but all performed brilliantly and finished in good time.
