Rother District Council recently granted planning permission for two beautiful houses in Ticehurst next to a Historic Park and Garden in an Area of Natural Beauty.

The two new houses will improve the site and its value. They have been situated on the East side of the plot in order for them to have sunlight in the back garden during the afternoon.

The proposed houses reflect traditional building forms, styles and materials. The site is very private and is largely screened by mature hedgerows and trees, this privacy will be retained to give a secluded and intimate feeling to the development.
