We have received planning permission from Sevenoaks District Council to convert an existing garden outbuilding into a dedicated gym and bar area with a fully glazed front wall facing the house and views over the garden.

The site is located in the pretty village of Brasted and our proposal had to adhere to a number of planning policies including Conservation Area, Kent Downs AONB and Metropolitan Green Belt. As part of the design for this outbuilding, we developed a proposal for the garden which included new decking that will wrap around the 6x4 pool.

We can’t wait for this project to get underway and hopefully for an invite to their first pool party!
