Tunbridge Wells Borough Council have recently granted planning approval for a new side extension within the Tunbridge Wells Conservation Area.

The single storey flat roof extension houses a master suite with a beautiful oriel window overlooking the garden and a separate W/C and utility room with access to the patio. The sloping glazed roof above the utility room, W/C and hall ensures plenty of natural light throughout the extension.

The modern design clad in black zinc complements the historic brickwork façade of the existing main dwelling with arched windows.-
