We have received planning approval by Sevenoaks District Council for full fenestration replacement as well as alterations to the heads and/or cills of windows and doors to the rear of this detached property just outside of the town.

Whilst the existing windows are double glazed throughout and painted white, they suffer from poor craftsmanship. Our proposal will have the same white cottage style appearance, but we will be replacing the windows on the living and kitchen area with fully glazed panels to allow more natural light into these spaces.

In addition, to the fenestration, we will look at installing solar panels which will be located on the roof of the garage. We have made sure that these will be entirely unseen from the roadside and neighbouring properties.
