We are thrilled that we’ve received full planning permission from Sevenoaks District Council for this former school house in Underriver near Sevenoaks. Since it was converted into a residential property in the late seventies, it has undergone various additions and refurbishments and consequently the house has a combination of styles. As well as an interesting history, this property is located on a generous plot with views of the local church and green fields beyond. The concept behind the approved scheme was to optimise the internal space to make the most of the surrounding views.
