Tunbridge Wells Borough Council recently granted planning permission in the High Weald AONB for a new build single storey ancillary dwelling to replace a series of old, disused outbuildings within the grounds of the main house.

The design includes an open plan living area as well as a master bedroom, study and snug at ground level with a lower ground kitchen/diner accessed via an opening in the gorgeous garden wall overlooking the main house grounds.

As the site sits in an AONB area, we have proposed using materials and a colour palette based on the surrounding views and nearby buildings to ensure the design integrates into the stunning landscape.  Our proposal will enhance the design of the local area whilst offering contemporary, modern living to our client.
