We have received planning approval for a scheme involving a two storey side extension and single storey rear extension to an existing dwelling. The side extension is in a traditional style to match the existing building whilst the rear extension is in a contemporary style with zinc clad walls and roof and features a double-sided fireplace which creates a strong link between the house and the garden.
