Another contemporary replacement dwelling approved by Tunbridge Wells Borough Council!

This proposed dwelling on Oak Tree Close in Tunbridge Wells replaces the existing bungalow with a crisp modern 2 storey family home, located on the boundary to the Warwick Park conservation area.

The building style uses natural timber cladding to the upper volume, to blend in with the surrounding woodland along – contrasting against the robust grey brickwork base and rendered plinth detail to the first floor.

The curvature of the ground floor plan maximises the amount of south facing daylight available throughout the day, revitalising an under-used site and enhancing the area.
