On Sunday 30th August, Ian competed in the Reading Quintiles Triathlon. This Triathlon has an incredible history stretching over 30 years, and this 6th event was sponsored by Macmillan Cancer Support. The course itself took place at the Reading Lake Hotel.

With a finish time of 1hr 27mins, and an impressive 55^th overall position out of 300 participants, Ian’s times were as follows:

750m     Swim split:          13.35 mins

22km     Bike split:             43.30 mins

5.4km    Run split:              25.34 mins

Congratulations to Ian! The Quintiles Reading Triathlon returns for a 7th time in 2016 on Sunday 4th September, which he is already looking into.
