We have successfully obtained planning permission by the London Borough of Croydon to convert an existing HMO located in Church Road, into 7 individual flats for a developer client.  This involves internal alterations to the Locally Listed Building, together with the demolition of several extensions of varying ages on the rear and the re-building of a contemporary extension that complements the setting and context of the original Locally Listed Building, rationalising the built form to the rear.
