Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council have granted permission for a 1.5 storey side extension and single storey rear extension in Plaxtol, Sevenoaks. The design enhances the existing farmhouse style exterior by adding sympathetic modern features such as a double storey feature bay window. The brief was to reinvigorate the interior and add an additional bedroom plus guest suite.
