Tunbridge Wells Borough Council have approved our plans for a rear extension and loft conversion with associated landscaping works. The design takes into account a severe drop in levels between the interior and rear garden by lowering a portion of the property into the existing undercroft space. This allows for a large open plan kitchen/living/dining space with direct access to a new raised terrace. Internally, there are various alterations including creation of a master suite and a new loft conversion for a study and guest bedroom.
