Rother District Council have approved our plans for a 2 storey new build cottage on the High Street, Etchingham in East Sussex. The site was previously an MOT testing station and has since been demolished to accommodate residential use. Our application calls for a Sussex Farmhouse style with red clay tiles at first floor, red brick at ground and timber casement windows throughout.
