Sevenoaks District Council have approved our plans for a large side and rear extension including a basement and various internal alterations within the greenbelt in Sevenoaks. Our proposal has been developed to take advantage of the expansive views across the beautiful Kent countryside and optimise the internal layout which has become piecemeal after years of extensions.
