Planning permission has been granted by Sevenoaks District Council for our works to a residential property in Ide Hill, despite some very tight site constraints: Conservation Area, Green Belt and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The proposals were for a two storey front extension, as well as a single storey rear extension and various alteration. We managed to achieve an additional bedroom to ground floor to be used as a granny annexe and increased the size of the first floor bedroom to make them all double bedroom. The main entrance was also re-positioned to improve the natural approach to the property from the road, and a new drive was provided to accommodate space for guest visitors parking to the front area of the property. An improved access from the main road to the existing garage has also been achieved.
