OPEN architecture are very pleased to have secured planning permission for 8 new build residential apartments in a prominent location on London Road in Sevenoaks.

This site in its current form is a local grot spot and we have been working closely with Sevenoaks District Council to secure the best design, which was approved by delegated powers.

Apartments are constructed with access from the street and a rear garden above the basement parking level, which utilises the dramatic change of level of the existing condition.

The scheme is vernacular in style and follows the main character of the area, respecting the terrace of listed buildings to the north and the conservation area which surrounds the site.
