OPEN architecture are delighted to have received planning approval for a Victorian Villa style new build house on Orchard Road, in Bromley. The proposed detached dwelling is planned as a high quality single family home mainly over two floors and providing up to six bedrooms. The ground floor has been planned as a series of family living, dining, study and entertaining rooms with relevant utility spaces. Well-proportioned square bay windows face onto the corresponding street scene and turn the prominent corner at the junction of Orchard Road and Sundridge Avenue. The garden side of the house is planned in a less formal manner but in keeping with the arrangement and style of the overall footprint.  The first floor level is planned to provide 5 bedrooms with corresponding bathrooms and master dressing room.
