We have just secured planning permission for a 14 unit housing scheme in central Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

The scheme comprises of 14No 2, 3 and 4 bedroom family homes with their own gardens located very close to the town center on Goods Station Road in the Old Jarvis yard which is in need of much attention.

This is a great site providing good family housing. The scheme has been designed to pick up on the historic nature of the area utilising traditional materials and a historic industrial aesthetic to sit comfortably into its surroundings.

Thanks to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council for their advice and support during the process of this application. We are now working closely with the client to ensure this is on site and underway in the near future.
