OPEN architecture have been granted another successful planning permission for the erection of front and rear single storey extensions, along with internal alterations to the property.

The proposal extends the garage to the front, adding a utility and boot room, and a small rear extension to open up the living space. Glazing above this will bring light deeper into the plan and give expansive views out over the surrounding countryside. Small internal alterations allow better use of the existing spaces.
