OPEN architecture has received planning permission for a Residential Commercial project on Court Road, Mottingham.

188 Court Road is located on a corner brownfield site with challenging constraints. Situated in close proximity to Mottingham railway station, this site is a gateway into the Blackheath area. The scheme involves a change of use into 14 residential flats over 4 storeys consisting of 1, 2 and 3 bed units and 2 disabled apartments on ground floor level.

The contemporary design meets the space standards of the London Plan, with each individual unit meeting Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes and BREEAM excellent for the commercial unit.

All residential units aim to provide light and spacious accommodation , and will have access to individual balconies and a sheltered communal garden, in a quiet green setting.
