Tandridge District Council have approved our plans for the demolition of two detached dwellings on Gresham Road, and the erection of 12 No. apartments incorporating bin & bike stores, on-site parking and associated landscaping. The site conditions were carefully considered and our response was applauded by the Planning Committee who noted the sustainable aspects of the design and the eco-friendly tone of the building.
