The plans for this basement extension in the Greenbelt on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Ide Hill have been approved by Sevenoaks District Council. This project also includes alterations to fenestration, cladding and landscaping. The internal alterations open up the space to create two new utility rooms, a large storage area and a wine room alongside the introduction of a rain water harvesting system.
