Sevenoaks District Council have approved our plans for a two storey front and rear extension, single storey side and rear extensions and new dormer window. The design radically improves the appearance of the dwelling with a monochrome material palette which includes a combination of white render, dark grey horizontal timber cladding, anthracite grey zinc cladding and chalk white facing brickwork.
