We have been granted planning permission for the demolition of the existing building, and erection of 8 new houses, located in Charlton, London.
The proposals include 8 new 4 bed semi-detached dwellings with private amenity space to the rear and a home zone to the front. The units have been paired together to avoid creating a long street scape which this site is not ideal for. The site has been split up into 2 different zones which was based upon proximity to the highway, site topography, ease of access and use.
