Croydon District Council has approved planning for the demolition of the existing building and the development of the site to include a 9 unit residential block with associated parking, refuse and bikes storage. The scheme proposes the development of a contemporary building that has a strong design concept, that would ensure that the proposal provides a high quality building that makes an characterful addition to the neighbourhood.
