Planning permission has been granted on an exciting project in the heart of central Sevenoaks.  This will involve the demolition of existing offices and the erection of a five storey office block constructed of brick with herringbone detailing and inset stone effect windows.  The office will have a terrace to the rear with a curved mansard style roof made of a textured zinc material with inset balconies.  It will certainly be the new workplace destination in town with plans for co-working, communal and serviced facilities including meeting rooms, coffee bar and kitchen.
