Planning has been granted by Tunbridge Wells Borough Council for the extension and refurbishment of an existing 5-flat Victorian house on Broadwater Down in Tunbridge Wells. This includes the restoration of a number of unique period features, careful rearrangement of the internal layout, and also providing additional car parking and sensitive additions to the landscaping.
