PLANNING APPROVED FOR RESIDENTIAL SCHEME IN BLACKHEATH
The Royal Borough of Greenwich have granted planning permission for the development of the existing building on Morden Road, which is situated within the Greenwich Conservation Area. The proposal includes the construction of a single storey rear extension to create an open plan living, dining space with views overlooking the garden. The existing garage and outbuildings are to be demolished and replaced with a two storey side extension to provide an enclosed garage space, and improve the space to the master bedrooms. The loft is to be converted to introduce a new bedroom, bath and playroom with a rear dormer and rooflights. The basement is to be excavated to provide leisure facilities lit by natural light via a front light-well and access to the rear garden.
