Sevenoaks District Council have approved our plans for single storey rear and side extensions as well as a loft conversion on Oak Lane in Sevenoaks. Our proposal calls for a sympathetic and dynamic approach towards adding a modern glazed extension with flat roof onto a beautiful kentish style detached home. We have achieved this by blending old and new materials and connecting into the existing house via well designed detailing.
