Tunbridge Wells Borough Council recently approved this single storey rear extension within the Greenbelt. There will be vaulted ceilings and ribbon roof lights to create open plan kitchen/diner with large utility and boot room. There is also a plan for some internal alterations to the first floor bathroom extension to create a new master suite. The overall design ties in with the natural beauty of the landscape by using natural timber on the façade. There is also a playfulness in the triangular articulation of the roof creating a statement extension. Another beautiful project underway.
