We are delighted to have received planning permission for the erection of a two storey side extension with undercroft parking to accommodate two additional residential units, on Bradbourne Vale Road, in Sevenoaks. There has also been an addition of a third floor to the existing two storey building, which will accommodate an additional residential unit, as well as modifications to the existing facade and associated landscaping.
