Sevenoaks District Council have approved our plans for two new dwellings on Oakhill Road in central Sevenoaks. The dwellings have also been granted new access from the main road which is the first permission of this kind from a private road management company in the area. The two dwellings are substantial  five bedroom homes with a two car garage set within mature gardens. Our plans call for a traditional external feel with modern, open plan living internally.
