OPEN architecture have successfully achieved Planning Approval and Listed Building Consent for the conversion of an empty public house and HMO in the heart of Royal Tunbridge Wells, known locally as The Major Yorke. The building has laid unused for a number of years and our scheme aims to bring the old building, dating back to the 1600 century, back to life by converting the building into 3 separate 2-5 bedroom dwellings whilst retaining the charm and character of the building.
