OPEN architecture are delighted to receive planning permission for the Ringwood House residential development in Aylesbury.

The proposal is to demolish the existing derelict office building which has become a local eyesore and as such is now a key site for regeneration within Aylesbury.

Our proposals consist of a 31 residential unit scheme designed in a Georgian townhouse style, in keeping with the local vernacular and nearby conservation area.

The scheme has associated undercroft car parking and private amenity space on the ground floor entrance area and communal gardens located on the upper podium levels.
