The site is located within the Sevenoaks Kippington and Oakhill Road Conservation Area, making the permission particularly significant due to the stringent planning and site constraints, which need to be overcome through thoughtful design and special planning. The proposal includes the demolition of the existing dwelling and the erection of a 5 bedroom family home with basement and associated landscaping.
