RESIDENTIAL SCHEME IN CONSERVATION AREA APPROVED


OPEN architecture’s scheme for an extension and refurbishment to a property on Frant Road, in Tunbridge Wells was approved at committee on Wednesday 16th March 2016.

The scheme aims to provide the existing property with an additional single storey rear extension accommodating a kitchen and dining area, extension to new Master Bedroom suite on first floor, basement conversion, as well as a new garage.

The property is within Tunbridge Wells conservation area and therefore extra care has been given to respecting the existing context. The existing design language of the property has been kept consistent throughout the proposed ensuring the character of the dwelling remains.
