Tunbridge Wells Borough Council have granted planning permission for an extension and internal alterations on a property on Bidborough Ridge, Bidborough, Kent. The proposal is for the demolition on the existing side garage and connecting utility room and WC. The plans are to create a new side extension which will include a pantry, utility room, playroom and shower room. The new extension will also allow for internal alterations to create a larger open plan kitchen/dining area. A second stair case has been designed to allow for easy access to the first floor from the west side of the house which now includes two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, en-suite and study area. The two storey extension allows for alterations to the master suite to provide a generous size dressing area and en-suite. The extension is to be sympathetic to the main house and will be in a matching render and tile hanging.
