Rother District Council have approved our design for the conversion of a warehouse and office space into residential use, on the High Street, in Etchingham, Kent. The proposal involves providing 5 No. 2/4 bed houses, and 4 No. 1/2 bed apartments. All properties will have parking and cycling storage, and the houses will have gardens.
